Our beautiful 1 bedroom home is located in the heart of Seattle. Within walking distance to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market and Seattle's top restaurants, you will not run out of things and places to see.

This unit boasts modern furnishings, a 50" plasma TV in high definition equipped with a Roku. In the space, you will have a brand new queen sized bed with a view of the Space Needle and floor to ceiling windows to take in the city views. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. This home includes wireless internet and central air conditioning.

The building complex has a beautiful rooftop deck with amazing views of the Puget Sound and gas barbecues, a gym, indoor jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, large club room and a movie room. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Please note that this is a residential building and from time to time amenities such as the pool are closed temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.

In our opinion, you have chosen the best place. The top 3 things that make our place really stand out are:

1. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately!

2. You are only 2 minutes from the waterfront and literally feet away away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle.

3. The INCREDIBLE views of Seattle from the roof top balcony of this condo!

***Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential and owner occupied. This condo is located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
