Located in the heart of Seattle, our gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has stunning water views. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, and a TV in each bedroom, all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds in each bedroom, and a memory foam floor mattress (it is actually comfortable!) to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful water view. Come enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on your private balcony overlooking Elliott Bay. Our home also includes wireless internet and central air conditioning.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a gym and a jacuzzi. There is also a secure garage parking for 2 cars (tandem) that is included in your reservation.

Please note that this is a residential building and from time to time amenities such as the hot tub are closed temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.

A day before check-in, we will contact you about arrival time and key hand off. The night before check-out, we will contact you regarding check-out time and key drop-off.

Belltown is truly an amazing neighborhood within the City. You are in the heart of Seattle and close to the very sights that make Seattle, Seattle. Between the sights, restaurants, bars, clubs, parks and so much more nearby, it is impossible to be bored in Belltown.

If coming from the Airport or the King Train station consider taking the Link Rightrail train from the airport to Westlake Station, or taking an uber or lyft ride (~$35) to the apartment. Almost everything in Seattle is within walking distance or accessible by public transportation, so you might not need a rental car.

If you do rent a car or drive to Seattle, street parking in Belltown is free from 8pm-8am, and free on Sundays. There are also many paid parking lots in the vicinity of the apartment. There is also one reserved parking spot with this unit.

In our opinion, you have chosen the best place. The top 3 things that make our place really stand out are:

1. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately!

2. You are only 2 minutes from the waterfront and literally feet away away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle.

3. The INCREDIBLE views of Elliott Bat from the condo!

***Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential and owner occupied. This apartment is located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely. The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
