Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle, Seattle Opera, PNW Ballet, the Mopop Museum and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom downstairs- all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one brand new queen sized bed in the second bedroom with an adjustable desk, and a brand new queen sized bed in the upstairs bedroom as well. There is also a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room and a memory foam floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. We also have 3 separate private balconies so you can enjoy the city skyline and Space Needle views while sipping your morning coffee or evening wine. Our home also includes wireless internet and 3 large electric air conditioning units.

We have one of the rare homes in Seattle that is centrally located and includes parking! The house is next door to Seattle Center park which features the Space Needle and the Mopop Museum as well as a fun children's playground. We are also within walking distance to the Climate Pledge Arena (6 minutes), PNW Ballet (4 minutes), the Seattle Opera house (6 minutes), the Space Needle (11 minutes) and many other sights and must-see attractions.

Queen Anne is truly an amazing neighborhood within the City. You are in the heart of Seattle and close to the very sights that make Seattle, Seattle. Between the sights, restaurants, bars, clubs, parks and so much more nearby, it is impossible to be bored in Queen Anne.

In our opinion, you have chosen the best place. The top 2 things that make our place really stand out are:

1. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately!

2. You are only minutes from the waterfront and literally feet away away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
