Elegant 2 Bedroom in the Heart of Seattle!

Located in the heart of Seattle, our stunning 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has expansive city views. Our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers, mere minutes from the delights of Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the Pacific Science Center, the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), downtown shopping, the Seattle Art Museum, the Seattle Aquarium, Benaroya Hall and the Seattle Opera, and many of Seattle’s best restaurants and coffee shops.

Our home has modern furnishings, with flat screen Roku TV televisions in the living room and the master bedroom. You will have a comfortable king-sized bed in each bedroom, and a pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam folding mattress (it is actually very comfortable!) in the living room, to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall, oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and beautiful city views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! (The garage has a height limit of 6'8".)

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, as well as a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and spa just a few feet down the hall, and a large club room and a roof-top deck with barbecues and a panoramic view of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains.

NOTE: On rare occasions, the condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting, and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may rappel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.

Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.

From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
