The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8". The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows. * If this unit is booked, please check out our other units under our profile. * Please message us about yourself and your trip before booking. * Also be sure to have a picture and verification. * If possible, let us know your check in and check out time * Check-in prior to 9pm is complimentary. If coming from the Airport or the King Train station consider taking the Link Rightrail train from the airport to Westlake Station, or taking an uber or lyft ride (~$35) to the apartment. Almost everything in Seattle is within walking distance or accessible by public transportation, so you might not need a rental car. If you do rent a car or drive to Seattle, street parking in Belltown is free from 8pm-8am, and free on Sundays. There are also many paid parking lots in the vicinity of the apartment. There is also one reserved parking spot with this unit. In our opinion, you have chosen the best place. The top 3 things that make our place really stand out are: 1. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately! 2. You are only 2 minutes from the waterfront and literally feet away away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle. 3. The INCREDIBLE views of Seattle from the roof top balcony of this apartment! Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential and owner occupied. This apartment is located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. Please note that this is a residential building and from time to time any of our building or listing amenities may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time. This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding.
