Our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room and another in the master bedroom both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new King sized beds- one in the master bedroom and one in the 2nd bedroom, a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) and a memory foam floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view- you'll hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes wireless internet and a split AC system.

Queen Anne is truly an amazing neighborhood within the City. You are in the heart of Seattle and close to the very sights that make Seattle, Seattle. Between the sights, restaurants, bars, clubs, parks and so much more nearby, it is impossible to be bored in Queen Anne.

In our opinion, you have chosen the best place. The top 2 things that make our place really stand out are:

1. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately!

2. You are only minutes from the waterfront and literally feet away away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding.
